Adult Outreach Activities

Michelle HaleWe have numerous outreach ministries in our church that serve the purpose of touching peoples lives.  Michelle Hale is our adult ministries director (photo right).  Please contact her if you have any questions.

Homecoming

We have a fun-packed day of activities for all ages during the month of September.  The food and fellowship are expected.  Air balloon amusement games including large slides, bungee pull, and jousting, to name a few are featured.  This event is open to all who attend our church and our community. Many visitors join us for the fun and tour our new church.

Baseball

We have a ministry of playing baseball. We challenge other Christian baseball teams from churches in our area. If you have any interest in this ministry, please contact Marshall Ruddle at the church. In order for you to join our team, you must attend church services at our Church.

Volleyball

We have a ministry of playing volleyball in our church gym during the cold winter months. Teams consist of both guys and gals. You do not have to be great at the sport, just be a good sport. This outreach will be held every Monday night starting in February 2006.

Road Rally

  • Clues will be given to you to start off the course
  • You will drive in groups - as many as will fit in a car or van
  • The clue will lead you to another destination at which you will find another clue
  • The clues are based on scriptures so bring your bibles to unearth the answers
  • At each destination you must video tape a song that the group must sing
  • Winners will be determined not only by who finishes the road rally first, but points will be given for the video tapes; it is fairly common that the ones who finish first do not win as they do not put much effort into the video
  • The videos will be viewed by all participants at the final destination
  • At the final destination refreshments will be served (usually at the home of Ken and Sue Bizek)
